  Futures
 

The original side clumping coupling has been designed with radial slit pattern for effective installation. However AW series have slit on the edge of coupling to improve tightening efficiency. Also the coupling designed in short length and compact without radial slit.



 
With side clumping system, the screw end could be uneven surface contact by flange deformation from clamping the shaft.   Special screw tights evenly in circumference direction and provides stable torque coefficient. Even for repetition use, the shaft tightening torque should be the same.



Hysteresis has reduced by ideal shape of joint location where angular misalighment effects.


 


 
*Do not take in part this coupling due to body of right and left are assembled with concentric.
